We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to support our client's growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and providing exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do -
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy. Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain customer records and documentation in CRM/ERP systems. Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For - 1-3 years of customer service or administrative support experience (manufacturing or healthcare industry a plus). Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry highly preferred.
