Customer Service Representative

Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support clients by handling inquiries, resolving account issues, and ensuring accurate and timely information processing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact via phone and email Respond to questions regarding billing, payment plans, and account status Process payments, update account information, and maintain accurate records Research and resolve account discrepancies and escalate issues when needed Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and resolve problems Meet performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Maintain confidentiality and follow internal policies and regulatory standards Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree a plus 1-3 years of customer service experience (financial services preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and CRM or account-management systems Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
