Technical Services Administrator
for a
Contract

Irvine, CA.
The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service or technical/logistics operations, with strong data entry and SAP skills. This role supports technical support, repair center, and inventory teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Rate Range:
$20/hour to $22/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Services Administrator job responsibilities include:
Receive and process SAP notification orders for exchanges, repairs, loaners, and service parts. Assist with change of ownership documentation and ensure accuracy. Research and resolve service billing discrepancies. Coordinate with repair and shipping teams to ensure timely equipment processing. Support technical teams with accurate SAP data entry and request handling. Process DP90 billing and provide quotes for non-warranty repairs. Maintain loaner pool balance and follow up with customers post-repair. Handle consignment notifications for servicing NKA-owned equipment. Assist with capitalization of serialized equipment for loaner use. Maintain accurate serial history in SAP and resolve return discrepancies. Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical service, or logistics operations with data entry. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Salesforce preferred. Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong typing skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
