$50.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Responsibilities
Understand monthly release schedules and development life cycles (regular releases, expedited resolutions, emergency fixes)
Scope releases, set priorities, and adjust as needed
Identify cross-system and cross-team dependencies
Coordinate with external teams for environment and functional readiness for testing
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Monitor and manage uploading of deliverable documents to appropriate repositories
Document and communicate production deployment requirements to all stakeholders
Track progress against timelines, tasks, dependencies, and technical specifications
Develop proactive adjustments when timelines are at risk
Communicate risks early and often to leadership
Create and distribute weekly executive release reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of five years of extensive experience with project management as the release manager of a large‑scale application
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
Strong organizational skills, problem‑solving aptitude, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and status reporting
Ability to understand and apply the policies, procedures, specifications, standards, and guidelines governing assigned unit activities
Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
