Oversee hospitalist service operations

Supervise hospitalist staff per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution

Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital

Salary

Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $127.50/hr to $160/hr. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of equity ownership given to all full‑time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company‑funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax‑free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Rx coverage, short- and long-term disability (own occupation) and medical malpractice with tail and free litigation support. Additional leadership stipend available.
