Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
Salary
Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $127.50/hr to $160/hr. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of equity ownership given to all full‑time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company‑funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax‑free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Rx coverage, short- and long-term disability (own occupation) and medical malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
