Base pay range $260,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in copyright and intellectual property litigation cases.
Collaborate with a team of highly experienced litigators on high-profile and complex disputes.
Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft key documents including motions and briefs.
Advise clients on legal strategies, copyright issues, and IP portfolio management.
Participate in hearings, mediations, and case management activities.
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in copyright or IP litigation at a top‑tier law firm.
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
