Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Recruiter with recent experience supporting BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients to join our team onsite in New York. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator, confident in managing client and stakeholder relationships, and possesses a proven ability to articulate and take full ownership of their recruiting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for BFSI clients, from requirement gathering and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor and ensuring excellent client service. Articulate roles and requirements effectively and communicate updates and metrics to stakeholders with clarity. Own the full talent acquisition life cycle, demonstrating accountability for each hire and continuously driving improvements. Present and analyze recruitment data, pipeline strength, and hiring performance, consistently speaking numbers to influence hiring decisions and planning. Demonstrate a hands-on, doer attitude toward daily recruiting activities and problem-solving.

Requirements Recent and relevant experience recruiting for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) clients is mandatory. Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to articulate job responsibilities, recruitment achievements, and process improvements. Experience managing clients independently and owning the recruiting process from start to finish. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Proven can-do attitude with a focus on achieving results and exceeding client expectations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
