Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients with a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule client appointments according to client preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Pay Range

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. The pay range is listed below; local minimum wage laws apply.
