Overview
This role is offered by Sam’s Club and includes an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $26.00/hr, with potential additional premiums. The position involves serving members, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
Demonstrate safety and compliance knowledge, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS usage, and point‑of‑sale systems.
Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory, conduct safety audits, and report hazards or product issues.
Provide high‑quality service, model positive behaviors, and support team development.
Apply company policies, data, and procedures to meet priorities and deadlines, and continually seek improvements.
Promote a culture of belonging, respect, and integrity while fostering career growth for all associates.
Serve members and customers with a customer‑centric approach, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
Drive continuous improvement, embrace new technologies, and support others through change.
Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
Minimum age 18 years.
Preferred: Auto service industry or retail experience.
