Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities

Be a Team Member – Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians, communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert – Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, Point of Sale systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.

Be an Owner – Communicate equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, report complaints, safety hazards and problems, complete paperwork logs and other required documentation, ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored per company policies, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador – Act as a brand advocate, value the member experience, model high‑quality service, develop, influence and inspire others, work respectfully and supportively, assist in training team members, comply with company policies and procedures, complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change, and respect individual differences.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver's license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.
