Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role at CRAFT Beer Market in Dallas, TX. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, focusing on menu development, ingredient sourcing, and team management. Key responsibilities include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment, managing inventory and costs, and leading a culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with CRAFT’s values.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in culinary arts, including recipe development and food preparation techniques
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and inspire kitchen staff
Proficiency in kitchen operations such as inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
Creative approach to menu design and presentation, with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in high-volume restaurants or brewery settings is a plus
Passion for food, community, and creating unforgettable culinary experiences
