We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the daily accounting operations of our company and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close. You will also assist the Controller on special projects as we continue to scale. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a start‑up environment and is looking to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows. Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Prepare and post general journal entries Intercompany reconciliations Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Assist with month‑end and year‑end close procedures Support Controller with financial reporting and ad‑hoc analysis Participate in process improvements and special projects Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) Excellent time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us
