$19-25/hr About the Role: We're seeking a dependable
Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
to support operations at our distribution center in
Flower Mound, TX . In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility by performing preventative maintenance, coordinating vendor services, and assisting with facility and equipment improvements. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and well-functioning warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, racking, and building systems (conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, HVAC, lighting, etc.) Coordinate vendor services and manage maintenance contracts for facility equipment Assist with installation, relocation, or modification of racking, shelving, and other fixtures during layout changes Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records Troubleshoot and repair minor facility issues (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.) Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards Support warehouse management with facility improvement projects Monitor and restock maintenance tools and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent ( technical or trade school certification preferred ) 2+ years
of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or facility maintenance Basic knowledge of
electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
and stand for long periods Familiarity with safety protocols, including
lockout/tagout
procedures Forklift/MHE certification
a plus.
