We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategy & Transformation Associate Consultant to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the pre-sales activities of one or more commercial offers. You will evangelize the offer to the sales and marketing community, support the client partner and account teams in taking the offer to clients, generate and track leads, plan for offer customization, optimize sales strategies, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance the offer, ensuring its competitiveness and quality. The Offer Manager will support front-end sales teams and account teams, serving as a key liaison between offer owners and the sales & marketing teams to drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of offers with the sales team, account teams, and clients — present, position, and co-create tailored solutions with account teams. Conduct business analysis and market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and client needs. Build strong relationships with account executives and client stakeholders, understanding business priorities to effectively map and customize offers and solutions. Collaborate with account leaders to identify whitespace opportunities and cross-sell/upsell offers and solutions. Translate offers into an impactful narrative using presentations, storytelling, and visual aids. Partner with sales teams to create and curate offer campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth. Maintain dashboards and trackers for pipeline, pursuits, and campaign effectiveness. Own the end-to-end process of tracking opportunities and initiatives; triage opportunities to build the team towards crafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting deal closure. Participate in marketing and sales events, and conduct campaign roadshows and presentation/demo sessions. Key Skills

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong executive presence and confidence. Good understanding of branding, positioning, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and presentation content; strong storytelling and data visualization skills. Basic ability to design/edit visuals, infographics, and impactful layouts (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, etc.). Good networking and collaboration; ability to work seamlessly with account teams, sales leaders, and client executives. Life at Capgemini
