Location: Stewartville | Department: Operations / Manufacturing | Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 About Jimmy’s At Jimmy’s Salad Dressing and Dips, we’ve been crafting delicious, high-quality salad dressings and dips for over 67 years. Responsibilities
Supervise and lead production staff, including scheduling, performance management, and development.
Ensure all products are manufactured on schedule and in compliance with company standards, GMPs, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
Implement and monitor quality control processes in collaboration with QA.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on safety standards and procedures.
Work closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Track and analyze production metrics (yields, downtime, throughput) to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
Support new product launches and scaling of recipes from R&D to full production.
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with inventory control teams.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF/BRC).
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Preferred:
Experience in salad dressing, sauces, or refrigerated foods manufacturing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
