Key Responsibilities
Plan feeder vessel loadouts and provide operational lookahead for port activities
Ensure a strong HSE culture on‑site through regular safety walks and operational safety assessments
Coordinate and supervise the work of main contractors on‑site
Oversee daily load‑out operations and issue Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for the feeder vessel
Perform final vessel walkdowns following load‑out completion
Liaise with the offshore construction team to plan feeder vessel departures and returns
Monitor the progress of WTG component delivery, pre‑assembly, and readiness for load‑out
Manage client equipment, barge logistics, and spare parts inventory in New London
Facilitate MWS and CVA site attendance as required
Provide regular reporting and project updates
Requirements
Valid GWO Offshore certification and medical clearance for offshore work
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
Solid understanding of stakeholders in U.S. offshore wind farm construction
Strong technical background in lifting operations and marine transportation
Knowledge of QHSE management principles
Background in construction, engineering, or marine operations
Prior experience with wind turbine installation or marine construction projects
Familiarity with BIMCO or FIDIC contracts (an advantage but not essential)
