Provide property tax services to clients, including analysis and consulting of real and personal property taxes. Participate in business development, client servicing, reporting, invoicing, collections, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Ensure Statement of Work is executed and managed for each client. Maintain the Appeal Track database and ensure timely data entry. Work with Analysts, Managers and Senior Managers to ensure prompt property review and appeals. Maintain relationships with all clients to identify additional service opportunities. Understands qualification criteria of other service divisions and explain these services to clients. Interact with sales representatives to capitalize on client opportunities. Conduct on-site inspections of client properties and operations. Present findings and make recommendations to clients. Communicate with assessors and attend hearings as necessary. Work with tax officials to achieve maximum tax savings for clients. Maintain excellent knowledge of all real and personal property tax laws, regulations, and court decisions. Develop talent at the Analyst level. Research complex tax issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Certification is required. 3+ years’ experience in property tax consulting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hold appropriate certifications. Ability to meet travel requirements of the job.
