Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, overseeing the structure and performance of the go-to-market operation
Lead territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation to meet ambitious revenue targets
Manage the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and configuration
Own revenue forecasting and scenario modeling in collaboration with Sales and Finance
Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to executive stakeholders, identifying strategic improvements
Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM leadership in fast-scaling SaaS or AI-driven businesses
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration experience
Proven track record in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and territory/quota design
Strong understanding of CPQ tools and processes, with a preference for Zuora and Salesforce CPQ
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent cross-functional communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance go-to-market efficiency
Proven expertise in top-of-funnel operations and improving lead to opportunity conversion
Strong process design and documentation skills, with a focus on change management
Demonstrated bias for action, iteration, and achieving measurable outcomes
