Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to our team. The Lead, Organizational Change Management is responsible for establishing and evolving a structured change management capability within Lumicera, driving the people side of change for high-impact initiatives. This role will design and implement OCM methodologies, frameworks, and tools to support strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and continuous improvement across the organization. The OCM Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, business development, and executive leadership to ensure stakeholders are aligned, risks are mitigated, and targeted outcomes are achieved and sustained.
Responsibilities
Establishes and refines a structured organizational change management methodology tailored to Lumicera\'s needs
Develops and maintains OCM processes, standards, templates, and best practices for stakeholders, communications, training, readiness, and sustainment
Designs and executes change impact assessments, readiness criteria, and stakeholder analyses
Creates and manages communication strategies to support change initiatives
Leads the execution of change management activities in partnership with project teams, ensuring plans are implemented effectively and consistently across initiatives
Partners with project teams to embed and actively drive change management deliverables within project plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment strategies
Supports training efforts by identifying learning needs, coordinating with the Training team on content alignment, and ensuring delivery and reinforcement of learning through change enablement activities
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, ownership, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle
Tracks and reports on change readiness, adoption metrics, and feedback, using insights to adjust and reinforce change strategies
Drives alignment and adoption of governance standards across strategic initiatives, in partnership with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field required
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent required
5 years of experience in organizational change management, including experience designing and implementing OCM strategies in complex environments required
Experience building OCM capabilities from the ground up preferred
3+ years in healthcare or specialty pharmacy preferred
Proficiency with OCM toolsets (stakeholder mapping, impact/readiness assessment, learning design) and productivity/analytics tools
Healthcare/specialty pharmacy operations experience preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Pay Range: USD $82,586.00 - USD $101,333.00 /Yr.
Work Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
