Base Salary:

$87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)

Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500

(as much as

$32,500 annually

in addition to base pay)

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000

available

Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually

depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

Deliver evidence‑based, individualized physical therapy care

Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop and implement customized treatment plans

Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems

Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes

Build strong relationships with patients and community members

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and insurance standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current California PT license (or eligibility)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
