Overview

Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time Physical Therapists for dedicated, clinic-based roles across the West Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This is not a float or travel position — you will work from one consistent clinic based on your preference and location. Available Clinics: Fort Worth – Medical City Way: 8708 Medical City Way, Fort Worth, TX 76177 Irving: 2021 N MacArthur Blvd, Suite 550, Irving, TX 75061 Grand Prairie: 3055 W Bardin Rd, Suite 200, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 Grapevine: 2401 Ira E. Woods Ave, Ste. 100, Grapevine, TX 76051 You’ll select your preferred clinic during the hiring process — and stay there full-time. Salary & Incentives

Base Salary:

$75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE) Monthly incentive bonus:

Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Student loan reimbursement:

Up to $25,000 Sign-on bonus:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Document all services clearly and thoroughly in EMR Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team development Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

from an accredited program Active Texas PT license

(or eligibility to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care New grads welcome – mentorship provided About Us
