As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the firm, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Manage conference room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Coordinate with legal and administrative staff to support daily operations Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of conduct Qualifications
