Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The manager works with leadership to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Responsibilities • Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
• Work in partnership with restaurant leaders to align goals and strategy.
Qualifications • Previous experience as a General Manager running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Minimum age 18 years.
