Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve each department.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
Maintain high operating standards across all departments to improve overall restaurant performance.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
A background in quick-service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.
