a leading supplier of bare board PCBs and PCB assemblies (PCB-A) in the LED lighting industry, expanding its patented SinkPAD thermal PCB technology into new markets. This Full?Time, Remote position based on the East Coast of the USA focuses on new business creation in Industrial, Automotive, Medtech, Defense, and Aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to expand Aduras presence in new markets. Drive new business creation by identifying and converting high?potential opportunities. Promote Aduras patented SinkPAD thermal PCB technology as a differentiator in advanced applications. Leverage existing Tier?1 OEM relationships to accelerate market entry. Manage and support external sales representatives and distributors to achieve aggressive sales targets. Utilize to track pipelines, manage opportunities, and report sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Previous work experience in EMS, Contract Manufacturing (CM), Semiconductor, or a related industry. Minimum 5 years of experience selling bare board PCBs, PCB assemblies, or thermal PCB technologies to large Tier?1 OEM accounts. Strong network and proven success in Industrial, Automotive, Medtech, Defense, and Aerospace sectors. Exceptional ability and passion for new business creation with a proven hunter sales mentality. Experience managing external sales reps and distributors to drive regional growth. Proficiency in or similar CRM tools for managing the sales funnel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills. Self?motivated, results?oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $120,000$150,000 + High Commission (majority performance?based). Remote, full?time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
