Responsibilities for a Facilities Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:
Perform equipment and facility installations and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and chillers. Complete emergency repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Monitor and troubleshoot facilities and manufacturing equipment, recommending solutions to improve efficiency. Coordinate services with external vendors and maintain documentation such as blueprints, plans, and permits. Candidates for Facilities Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: High school diploma or equivalent with technical certification in mechanical/electrical trades. Advanced industrial mechanic skills and basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and chillers. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication skills, PC proficiency (Microsoft Office), and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. $26.00 per hour
