Collections Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist

$20-25/hr, based on experience What You'll Be Doing
Manage high-volume business-to-business collections activity Build relationships with customers to resolve outstanding invoices Research and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues Process payments and account adjustments accurately Communicate regularly with internal teams to coordinate billing or credit matters Assist with credit reviews and customer account setups Support other credit team members as needed hat You'll Need to Be Considered
Corporate (B2B) collections experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus Professional, self-motivated approach to resolving issues
