Assistant Project Manager
to help deliver these projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Role Overview
The
Assistant Project Manager
will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial projects. You’ll serve as the bridge between office and field operations, helping manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. Key Responsibilities
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders Assist in budget management, buyout, and cost forecasting Coordinate project schedules and monitor field progress Review drawings and specs for constructability and accuracy Support communication between owners, architects, and subcontractors Contribute to preconstruction planning and closeout documentation Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in commercial construction (ground-up preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Familiarity with large-scale public or private commercial projects Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Why Join
