This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney located in Brooklyn, NY.
About the Role The attorney will handle all aspects of personal injury cases including client consultations, case management, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The attorney will also work closely with the senior attorneys and support staff to ensure that each case is handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases
Conduct client consultations
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Review medical records
Negotiate settlements
Represent clients in court
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Injury Law
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Required Skills
Skills in client consultations, case management, and conducting depositions
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Ability to review medical records, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
