We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on IT professional to join our team as an
IT & Power Analyst . In this role, you’ll analyze infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, support reporting and data initiatives, and serve as the onsite point of contact for all technology needs. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to improve systems, drive efficiency, and support technology adoption in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with vendors and use Power BI to deliver insights.
Serve as the onsite contact for hardware, software, and communications systems.
Manage vendor relationships with software vendors and MSP.
Support integration of phone systems, file storage, and communication tools.
Assist in managing product roadmaps and system development plans.
Support cybersecurity initiatives and help identify and mitigate risks.
Partner with internal teams to implement tech‑driven process improvements.
Travel occasionally to other sites.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicable education, technical training, or equivalent experience.
Experience analyzing IT infrastructure and supporting end‑user technology.
Familiarity with vendor management and SLAs.
Proven experience in IT hardware setup, troubleshooting, and warranty coordination.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and common business applications.
IT asset management.
Network support including IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls rules, and access points.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to support technology adoption in operational environments.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
Experience with BI platforms like Power BI or cloud‑based data architecture.
Familiarity with phone system integration and communication tools.
Exposure to cybersecurity best practices.
Experience supporting technology in industrial settings.
