Responsibilities
Prospect for new business opportunities Participate in regular team training sessions Follow up with leads consistently until they’re ready to meet with a buyer or listing agent Stay in touch with past clients via phone, email, and text to remain top of mind for future home purchases Track and report on team performance with monthly and quarterly sales summaries Respond to incoming sales inquiries and convert qualified leads into active clients Keep the CRM system updated with the latest client info to ensure the team has accurate, real-time data
Qualifications
A Real Estate License is required Sales Experience A valid Driver\'s License is required
