Position Flex Security Officer (Amelia, OH). Hiring immediately. Pay rate:
$17.51/hr , paid weekly.
Responsibilities A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The officer should read, become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Requirements
Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Must be reliable.
Compensation & Benefits

Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Scheduling Expectations The Flex Officer will be trained at various posts and / or facilities based on operational need. The schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) varies. Officers may be assigned or offered shifts as they become available due to staffing needs. For short‑notice call‑ins, officers are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusal of more than 20% may negatively impact employment status.
