Job Title Flex Security Officer – Amelia, OH
Pay and Benefits Pay rate:
$17.51 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Scheduling Expectations
Trained at various posts or facilities based on operational need; assignments are not permanent.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) varies with operational need.
Will be assigned or offered shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some shifts scheduled in advance and posted; others may require short‑notice coverage.
Must communicate any unavailability with supervisor to avoid being scheduled.
For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of called shifts.
Requirements
Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Flexible and team oriented.
1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Reliability.
Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
