NoHo Hospitality's team is looking for a friendly, hard‑working Sous Chef to join them at Gilly's located on Woodward in Downtown Detroit.
Gilly’s Clubhouse brings a top‑tier sports entertainment venue to the heart of Downtown Detroit. From game days and happy hours to corporate events, Gilly’s offers an inviting atmosphere for every occasion alongside a lineup of crowd‑pleasing food and drinks. Spread across two levels, the sports bar and lounge features a patio along Woodward Avenue, while the mezzanine offers flexible space perfect for hosting private events and large parties. At the center of it all is a striking 120‑square‑foot television wall, visible from every seat in the house.
Ideal Candidates:
1‑3 years experience as a Sous Chef.
Highly‑developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line‑level cooking stations.
A professional and polished approach to leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
DOH Food Protection certified.
