Sous Chef – Bar Primi, NoHo Hospitality Group NoHo Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, culinary‑driven Sous Chef to support Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Luciano Duco’s team at Bar Primi.

Location: New York, NY. Employment type: Full‑time. Seniority level: Entry level. Job function: Production. Industry: Restaurants.

Base Pay Range $70,000.00 per year - $75,000.00 per year.

About the Role As a Sous Chef, you will manage daily kitchen operations, lead a busy team, maintain rigorous food safety standards, and help evolve our menu in a fast‑paced high‑volume environment.

Ideal Candidates Possess

1–3 years experience as a Sous Chef.

Highly developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line‑level cooking stations.

A professional and polished approach to leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.

DOH Food Protection certified.
