You will:
Targeted acquisition of new locations for parking space management
Contribute to calculations with detailed market, portfolio and location analyses
iIdependently support new business partners from initial contact to contract conclusion
Closely monitor the regional market and competition to identify new locations
Build resilient networks and maintain contact with customers and decision-makers in the sales area
You have:
A real sales personality with recognizable negotiating skills and experience in service or solution sales
The passion for sales success in your region, and always go the extra mile
Self-discipline and you are used to independently and successfully expanding your sales area
Good communication skills and you can negotiate at all levels in a targeted and conclusive manner
Ideally a completed commercial training
Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
A class 3/B driving license and fluent German and English skills
