This role is designed for top-tier legal professionals who excel in advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. With no oversight, you will be the primary strategist and advisor for clients with $20M+ in assets, delivering sophisticated estate planning solutions and tax strategies. Responsibilities
Independently manage complex estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients Design and implement advanced planning strategies, including GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, FLPs, and charitable structures Provide expert guidance on federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to ensure seamless execution of plans Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents with precision and foresight Stay current on evolving tax laws and estate planning trends impacting wealthy individuals and families Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of estate planning experience, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clientele Deep expertise in tax planning and wealth transfer strategies Exceptional communication and client management skills Ability to operate independently with sound judgment and strategic thinking Job Details
