About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our sales team as an
Account Executive – Associate . This is a full-time contract role. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn SaaS sales, support product demos, assist in proposal creation, and help move deals through onboarding. You’ll work closely with our senior Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intro product demos and support deeper solution demos with senior sales team
Assist with sales proposals, pricing quotes, and tender responses
Work with inbound leads to qualify prospects and understand customer needs
Coordinate with Customer Success to handover closed deals and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain CRM records, update deal stages, and assist with pipeline forecasting
Support key account management activities such as follow-ups and renewal coordination
Assist in preparing customer documentation, presentations, and case studies
Provide feedback to product teams based on customer conversations
Skills & Requirements
0–3 years experience in sales, account coordination, or similar roles (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and customer-facing presentation skills
Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Motivated by targets and team success
Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is a plus)
