Location: Minooka Community High School District 111
District: Minooka High School District 111 Reports To: Transportation Director Job Goal: To provide safe and efficient transportation of students Work Year: 176 student attendance days Work Hours: Morning and afternoon (approximately 2 hours during each session) Salary: Probationary starting rate $24.00 per hour Benefits: IMRF provided and 10 sick days/1.5 personal days Performance Responsibilities: • Maintains assigned schedule • Transports only authorized students • Discharges students only at authorized stops • Maintains discipline when students are on bus • Obeys all traffic laws • Observes all mandatory safety regulations for school buses • Notifies the proper authority in case of equipment failure • Keeps assigned bus clean and fueled • Reports all accidents and complete required reports • Follows all department procedures and policies outlined in handbook
Qualifications or Requirements/Perks: To drive must have a valid Illinois Driver's License with CDL endorsement and Illinois school bus permit & pass criminal background check- WE WILL TRAIN! *HIRING BONUS *REGULAR ATTENDANCE BONUS *Abundance of extra curriculars available to make extra money *Child Ride Along program *Newer, well maintained buses
