A K-12 school in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a skilled Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) for a contracted position lasting the entire school year. This role focuses on providing expert mobility training and orientation services to students who are visually impaired or blind, helping them develop independence and safe navigation skills in their educational environment and the community.

Experience working with school-age children with visual impairments. Strong knowledge of techniques and equipment used in mobility instruction. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff. Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and special education procedures.
