Great company culture with a friendly and professional environment Stable company that has proven performance over the last 40+ years Opportunity for growth, people we have placed have been promoted from within Ability to work a couple days from home after training What the Property Accountant will do… Reviewing and posting of A/P invoices Month-end close of each entity - general ledger, financial statement preparation, support schedules for each balance sheet account Bank reconciliations and preparing and posting journal entries Accruals and balance sheet review Compare and explain monthly variances to the budget as well as trending analysis CAM reconciliations What the company needs in a Property Accountant: Excellent work ethic, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented Experience in Property Accounting is a preferred Strong Excel skills with full understanding of accounting concepts Yardi software experience is a plus Perks of the Property Accountant role: Competitive base salary Affordable company health insurance 401K with 100% match up to 5% Fridays are work from home
