Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer, P.A. a well-established law firm located in the heart of Asheville is seeking a motivated *Real Estate Attorney* to join our growing team.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents in *residential and commercial real estate transactions*. * Conduct due diligence and review title work; provide title opinions and identify potential title issues. * Draft and review closing documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, HUD-1s, Closing Disclosures, and purchase agreements. * Work directly with clients, real estate brokers, lenders, and developers to ensure smooth closings. * Assist with all phases of real estate transactions: purchases, sales, exchanges, and refinances. * Deliver a professional, client-centered experience and address any questions or concerns throughout the process. * Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks. * Conduct educational sessions or legal classes for real estate professionals and other referral partners.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. * *Licensed to practice in North Carolina* and in good standing with the NC State Bar. * Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple files independently and as part of a team. * Demonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism.
*Preferred (not required):*
* *13 years of relevant experience* in real estate transactions.
