Position

Client & Service Expert

Responsibilities

  • Achieves individual sales goals.
  • Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
  • Delivers exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate kate spade experience.
  • Develops a personal connection with guests using effective selling skills.

Leadership Presence

  • Achieves personal sales goals.
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge.
  • Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
  • Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to initiate in-store business-building events.

Brand Equity

  • Understands and communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
  • Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
  • Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Operational Excellence

  • Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening/closing registers, and securing the facility.

Qualifications & Skills

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
  • Elevated sense of personal style.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.
