Overview
We are seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients and support our tax professionals. This role requires flexibility with schedule and locations, and a customer‑first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule appointments per clients’ preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person and over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and in multiple locations.
- Sales or marketing experience (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 – $27.00 per hour.
