motivated Estate Planning Associate
with
2–3 years of experience
to join our dynamic and highly regarded Estate Planning team in Louisville, KY.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners and associates on a variety of
complex estate planning , providing tailored strategies that align with our clients’ personal and financial goals. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to build your career in a

As part of Dentons’
fully integrated US Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation National Practice Group , you will contribute to providing indispensable advice from
local, regional, national, and global perspectives .
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
Advise clients on complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
Support partners and senior attorneys in the administration of trusts and estates.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate planning, tax, and fiduciary matters.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience
practicing in
estate planning .
Excellent academic credentials
from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Kentucky
(or ability to obtain admission promptly).
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
