Senior Project Manager – Structural Steel Fabricator
Base Pay Range:
$80,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience)
Location:
Washington, DC area preferred; remote candidates on the East Coast acceptable.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all phases of structural steel projects from award through closeout.
Coordinate with detailers, engineers, and contractors to ensure schedules and deliverables are met.
Oversee fabrication, delivery, and erection activities.
Handle change orders, project costs, and client communications.
Conduct field visits and resolve site‑related issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
