Job Overview Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities
Take care of customers and assist with their needs.
Engage in creative merchandising.
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
Create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
