About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced
Superintendent
to lead
Ground Up Construction Projects
in the Houston area. Upcoming projects include
Religious/Faith Based (Churches), and Municipal (Fire Stations, Libraries, other city work) projects. Other sectors the company works in include Education (K-12 and Higher Education) and General Commercial (Airport/Aviation projects, Tilt‑Wall Warehouse/Light Industrial, Office/Shop space, etc).

Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities for ground‑up projects ($2M - $50M).
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards on active jobsites.
Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
Conduct daily reports, inspections, and site meetings to track progress and maintain documentation.
Manage site logistics in occupied environments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability among all jobsite personnel.
Qualifications
5-10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent.
Proven success managing ground‑up commercial projects in any of the following sectors: Religious (strongly preferred), Municipal (strongly preferred), and/or Education (K-12/Higher Education).
Experience running projects in the $2M - $50M range.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finish work, and MEP coordination.
Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades in tight, fast‑paced schedules.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred.
