About Us:
AF Systems LLC / Amerifreight Systems LLC is a growing asset-based carrier and brokerage specializing in dry van freight across the U.S. We’re expanding our brokerage division and looking for an experienced Freight Broker or Freight Agent
who already maintains relationships with shippers and vendors.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated logistics professional with an existing book of business
who’s ready to align with a reliable carrier-backed brokerage. You’ll have access to company trucks, a strong carrier base, and full back-office support so you can focus on sales and relationship management — not paperwork.

Requirements:
Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales
Active shipper accounts or established relationships
(required)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of load boards, TMS platforms, and carrier networks
Self-motivated and results-driven personality
Existing brokerage authority or agent experience preferred
Compensation:
Highly competitive commission structure (negotiable based on volume and accounts).
