As a Product Delivery Manager – Healthcare, you will lead the successful delivery of technology and data solutions across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, with a strong focus on Medicaid, Medicare, and payer/provider operations. You’ll guide clients through complex modernization initiatives, aligning digital transformation goals with evolving federal and state healthcare regulations. Your ability to bridge technical delivery, compliance requirements, and business value will be central to improving outcomes for patients, providers, and payers alike.

You have deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, particularly Medicaid and Medicare programs, and understand the nuances of payer, provider, and government relationships.

You communicate effectively across executive, clinical, and technical teams, driving alignment, clarity, and confidence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Healthcare Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact healthcare projects—modernizing systems that support Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer operations.

Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all solutions adhere to CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific compliance frameworks, while maintaining operational efficiency.

Client Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys that enhance care quality and administrative performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and policy experts to deliver integrated healthcare data and analytics solutions.

Data & Technology Strategy: Oversee projects that leverage data pipelines, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making and member outcomes.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across payers, providers, and government agencies, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust.

Risk & Quality Management: Identify delivery risks tied to compliance, data governance, or implementation, and lead proactive mitigation efforts.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine delivery methodologies to ensure scalability, repeatability, and measurable results for healthcare partners.

Key Qualifications

7–15 years of experience in consulting, program management, or product delivery within the healthcare technology or payer/provider space.

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including Medicaid/Medicare, managed care, eligibility & enrollment, and claims administration.

Proven ability to lead large-scale healthcare transformation projects with cross-functional teams and multiple external stakeholders.

Expertise in navigating federal and state healthcare regulations, including CMS compliance, HIPAA, and interoperability standards.

Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills; ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executives.

Experience working with EHR/EMR, data integration, and analytics solutions is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies in healthcare environments.

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Location: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
